If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 60 days from the date of shipment (please read below for leather guitar straps). Our Polypropylene (webbing) and elastic guitar and camera straps can show signs of use and wear and your refund or exchange will still be honored. One strap may be returned or exchanged per order.
Handmade Leather Guitar Straps
Our made to order leather guitar straps also offer a Full 60-Day Quality Guarantee from the date of shipment, which guarantees a full refund or exchange as long as the product is returned in new and unused condition. New and unused means that there are no signs of wear, stretching or marks on the product and the product has not been altered in any way. It must be in "new" condition for the return to be authorized.The item(s) must be in the original box including all parts and accessories. Shipping is not included in the refund. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained before returning a handmade leather item to help avoid any confusion about eligibility. All handmade products returned without an RMA that do not meet the above mentioned criteria will be returned to the buyer at the buyers expense or be forfeited.
Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable.
Products that are returned after the 60-day window will be shipped back to the buyer at the buyers' expense. If the buyer refuses to pay the return shipping the product(s) will be forfeited.
For products not manufactured by Slinger Straps, the items must be returned in new and unused condition and in the original packaging to receive an exchange or refund.
Products that have defects from manufacturing and/or workmanship must be returned within 30 days. Fulfillment mistakes that result in the shipment of incorrect products will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase or the product will not be refunded.
Damaged products must be inspected and reported immediately with proof; digital pictures sent via e-mail for example. In the event of product defects, please contact us immediately. Slinger Straps must receive proof and notification of damaged product in a timely manner (within 5 Business Days of receiving product) to proceed with proper action.
Refunds are credited to the original form of payment and are processed within 3 business days of receipt and inspection by Slinger Straps. Depending on the original payment method, refunds may take up to 10 business days to post. Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.
As a small business that ships to over 180 countries worldwide, Slinger Straps cannot monitor the importing taxes and fees for every country. Therefore, we leave it up to the customer to know or investigate their individual countries importing laws regarding VAT, Taxes, Duties and/or brokerage fees prior to placing an order. With that in mind, Slinger Straps is not responsible for duties, taxes or brokerage fees that are due on international orders at time of delivery. Slinger Straps is also not responsible for any fees due on international returns when orders were not picked up, or refused by customer because fees and taxes were not paid. Refusal to take possession of an order forfeits any shipping or delivery fees paid by customer at the time of the order since we've already paid those fees to ship the order out. If Slinger Straps is charged additional fees to return the unclaimed order, those fees will be subtracted from the remaining refund once the items have been returned to Slinger Straps.
