60-Day Return Policy*
To show how confident we are that you will love our products, we will gladly accept returns within 60 days from the date of purchase of any Slinger Straps manufactured products for exchange or refund if you are not 100% satisfied with your order. *One strap return allowed per order.
For products not manufactured by Slinger Straps, the items must be returned in new condition and in the original packaging to receive a refund. Custom orders are non-refundable.
Refunded transactions are credited to the original payment method. All refunds are processed within 3 business days from receipt and inspection of product(s) by Slinger Straps. Depending on the original payment method, refunds may take up to 10 business days to post. Product refunds only. Shipping costs to or from the customer are the customers responsibility.
International Customers: Slinger Straps is not responsible for duty fees, brokerage fees or taxes on international orders due at time of delivery.
Slinger Straps is also not responsible for any fees due on international returns when order(s) were not picked up, or refused by customer because fees and taxes were not paid at time of delivery. Refusal to take possession of order forfeits any shipping or delivery fees paid by customer at the time of the order since we have already paid those fees to mail the order.
When product(s) are returned after the 60 day window, the product will be shipped back to the buyer at the buyers' expense. If the buyer does not pay the shipping expense, the product(s) will not be returned or refunded.
Products that have defects from manufacturing and/or workmanship must be returned within 30 days. Fulfillment mistakes that result in the shipment of incorrect products will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase or the product will not be refunded.
Damaged products must be inspected and reported immediately with proof; digital pictures sent via e-mail for example. In the event of product defects, please contact us immediately. Slinger Straps must receive proof and notification of damaged product in a timely manner (within 5 Business Days of receiving product) to proceed with proper action.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on the value of your order, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Slinger Straps is not responsible for guaranteed receipt of your returned item(s).
