Shipping Policy

Slinger Straps ships via USPS First Class Mail unless another delivery service is selected at checkout. We usually ship orders within 1 to 3 business days from the date the order is received (unless an unusual circumstance occurs). If customer opts to pay for expedited shipping, all packages should be inspected before signing any delivery paperwork (if necessary).  

Orders will only be shipped to the Billing Address on the Credit Card or PayPal transactions. If the buyer requires an order to be shipped to an alternate address, prior arrangements must be communicated with Slinger Straps to meet that request. For PayPal orders, buyers must add any additional shipping address information to the buyers' PayPal account before the order is placed. The PayPal address listed on the transaction must be a confirmed and verified address. No Exceptions.

Orders that are submitted with multiple items will be filled when all items are in stock. If an order has remaining items that are not in-stock, we will communicate with the customer to determine if they would like a refund or have the items placed in a backorder status.

International orders: Once the order departs the US to the destination country it is no longer the responsibility of Slinger Straps should the order be lost, stolen or undeliverable for whatever reason. To guarantee delivery we recommend using a priority delivery service like USPS Priority Mail International or UPS to guarantee delivery.

Shipping rates are subject to change without notice. Duties, Customs and VAT: International orders may be subject to Duties, Customs and Value Added Taxes. These charges must be paid upon receipt of the order by the customer in the destination country. To verify what additional costs may be incurred, please research or contact the postal authority in the destination country. THESE ADDED FEES ARE NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF SLINGER STRAPS.
